How to physically unlock the Admin Mode option for tablets enrolled in SOTI

  1. On the main MobiControl/SOTI screen, press and hold the back arrow key. You will see the two prompts shown below:

  1. Select "Administrator" and enter in admin passcode. Please note: Support will only provide code to authorized contacts.
  2. To lock device back down, open the screen to the MobiControl application
    1. Press and hold the back-arrow key.
    2. Select the Prompt “User Mode

  1. Put the device into Admin Mode (see Admin Mode guide)
  2. From any Home screen
    1. Tap the Menu key
  3. Tap Settings.
    1. If using the List view, tap Menu -> Tab view.
  4. Tap the Networks tab.
  5. Tap More.
  6. Tap Mobile networks.
  7. Tap Access Point Names.
  8. Tap the Menu key, and then tap New APN.
  9. Verify and update the following settings for the Data APN:
    1. Name: Jasper Data
    2. APN: esquaredinternet.com.attz
  10. Tap Save.
  11. Tap the desired APN profile you want to use. The bullet point fills with green next to the APN profile.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept electronic payments in the form of ACH, credit cards and e-check. We do not accept paper checks.

Where should remittance advice be sent?

All remittance advice must be emailed to AR@e2cc.com.

Can I set up automatic payments?

Complete the ACH Auth form or Credit Card Auth form and email the completed form to billinginquiries@e2cc.com.

If I am tax-exempt, what documentation do I need to provide?

Please provide Sales and Use Tax Unit Exemption Certificates for any states in which you have received tax-exempt status, and email to billinginquiries@e2cc.com.

How do I access my invoices?

How do I change the billing contact on file for my company?

You may send a request to billinginquiries@e2cc.com with the new billing contact’s information: first name, last name, email address, and phone number.

My company name changed; how do I get this updated on our invoices?

If you need to update your company name, reach out to your eSquared Account Manager to start that process for you.

Why did I receive multiple invoices?

You will receive one invoice per shipment, along with a separate invoice for recurring services, if applicable, to your company.

I already paid for my order, why did I get an invoice?

All shipments generate an invoice. Your initial sales order may not include shipping or other services added during processing.
