Ensure Auto Brightness/ Outdoor Mode is disabled on device

1.Open Settings and select Bluetooth. If button displays as Blue/ON then the Bluetooth option is ON. It will display as Gray/OFF when not turned ON.
2.If desired equipment is paired (listed under Paired Devices), un-pair by selecting the Gear Icon then Unpair. Once unpaired, repair by selecting the equipment.
3.You can attempt to pair to another Bluetooth device to determine if tablet or Bluetooth device is causing the issue.
4.Attempt a Hard Reset by turning the device off, holding the Volume Up, Home, and Power buttons until the Android symbol appears, then using the Power button to select 'Normal Reboot Now'. See attached video for How-To.
*The device can be defective if the Bluetooth setting stays gray when attempting to turn ON.

Start with the device Turned OFF
Press and Hold the Volume Buttons and Power button until the Android symbol appears. Select the Power button last to ensure it does not override the process and just reboot the device.
